Terms and Conditions:

• GST 18% will be applicable on the prices.

• Prices are subject to change based on market conditions/raw material costs.

• Further charges are applicable for add-ons such as panel box, cartons, winding materials, spare parts, and custom requirements.

Service and Replacement:

• 1 year replacement warranty for surface pumps subject to company discretion.

• 1 year replacement warranty for V4 pumps subject to company discretion.

• 1 year service warranty for V5, V6 pumps subject to company discretion.

• Replacement warranty is not applicable for two-phase pumps.

• Service charges will be applied based on the nature of the condition.

Product Return:

• For warranty claims/replacement, the warranty card with dealer seal, customer details, serial number, and panel boxes (if applicable) must be returned with the box.

• Dealers must ensure proper packaging during return transit. Damaged parts due to packaging without buffer pads or cushioning material will be replaced at additional cost billed to the dealer.

• If dismantling/tampering of products by unauthorized persons is found, the warranty will not be applicable.
